Holiday at the Inn

Holidays at the Inn

New Year’s Eve Dessert Hour from 11:30 pm to 12:30 am is just enough. After a night out at a local restaurant, it is fun to gather the guests just for that hour to have a little something sweet and a little something savory. We wait until midnight and watch the ball drop in the living room, have some end of the night goodies and of course champagne. New Year’s has changed and a small, intimate gathering is just perfect. I remember having parties at the Inn with a 100 guests and food taking me a week to prepare and lots of alcohol being poured. Those days are over, thank goodness. It’s more fun keeping it cozy. Everyone is in bed right after dessert and on time for breakfast too, and have made new acquaintances the night before.
