The Brookside Cottage - Unique Lodging in the Adirondacks
Originally the caretaker’s house, this pretty white house with burgundy shutters and carport is about 50 yards from the 1890 building. Sidewalks lead to the building which is across from the Town Park and next to the beach. A flowing brook runs alongside the house from Lake Luzerne and into the Hudson River.
This building is perfect for two couples. An outside porch is a perfect place to relax. Enter into the house to a sitting area with table and chairs. There is a small refrigerator and a water cooler with hot and cold water. A basket of coffee and tea are available. An iron and ironing board are also available.
Up the stairs are two bedrooms. Amenities include television, Wi-Fi, hair dryers, individual heat control, ceiling fans, bedside reading lights, ice buckets, clock radios, telephone with voicemail and window air conditioning. The entire building is non-smoking.
